Flourish is the full embodiment of your brand’s light. ••• This tier offers unlimited design, frequent brand photography, visual strategy, and website updates to match your evolution. It’s your one-stop creative studio, month after month. ••• Flourish includes: • Quarterly or seasonal brand photo session or photo curation (local or remote) • Unlimited (12) design requests • 2 templates or a template refresh • Monthly content plan • Marketing Materials/Visuals refreshers • Quarterly Brand Evolution Report *Please Note: All plan prices are starting prices and can vary because every business blooms differently. These services are flexible and may be tailored to your business/brand's evolving needs. Unlimited does not mean to infinity & beyond!
Cancellation Policy
At KBCreativeNC, we want ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies: General Terms & Conditions All services are offered on a subscription or project basis. Subscription clients choose from one of three monthly tiers: Rooted, Bloom, or Flourish. A one-time setup/booking fee of $100 is required at the time of sign-up. This confirms your spot and shows you're ready to invest in your brand growth. Deliverables are provided digitally, typically within a 14-business-day turnaround, unless otherwise communicated. Clients submit requests via the official Google Form or "Book with Me" page on kbcreativenc.com. Payments & Subscriptions Subscriptions are billed automatically every month on your sign-up date. Services begin once the booking fee and first month's payment are received. Design requests and/or photo sessions included in your plan do not roll over month-to-month. Cancellation Policy To cancel your subscription, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled project or before deliverables are handed over, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds are given for unused requests or mid-month cancellations. You may reschedule sessions if needed; however, cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $100 late cancellation fee. Photography & Digital Files Photography services (in-person or remote) are included in Bloom and Flourish plans. All final edited images are delivered via SD Card, USB Flash Drive, or Google Drive. Final edited photography may be used by KBCreativeNC for promotional purposes, social media, and portfolio display. If you'd prefer your images not be shared publicly, please request this in writing before your project begins. RAW photography files remain the sole property of KBCreativeNC unless otherwise agreed in writing. *Terms Are Subject to Change These terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, may change from time to time as KB Creative NC continues to grow and evolve.
