At KBCreativeNC, we value your business and want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy explains our terms for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for all creative services and subscription plans.

Subscription Plans

KBCreativeNC offers flexible creative subscription plans that renew automatically based on the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually).

Please read carefully:

• You can cancel your plan at any time before your next billing date.

• It is the client’s sole responsibility to manage and cancel their own subscription plan. KBCreativeNC is not responsible for canceling plans on behalf of clients.

• Work that has already started or been completed is non-refundable.

• If you cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less processing fees).

• You’ll continue to have access to any completed work up until the cancellation date.

All subscription payments are processed securely through Wix or our authorized payment processor.

One-Time Creative Projects

For all custom design or creative services booked outside of a subscription:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your project.

• Deposits may be applied toward a future project if rescheduled within 30 days.

• Once project work begins, all payments are non-refundable due to the customized nature of creative work.

Missed or Delayed Projects

If a project is delayed due to lack of communication, missing materials, or client inaction for more than 30 days, KBCreativeNC reserves the right to close the project. Any payments made will be forfeited.

Exceptions

Refunds or partial refunds may be considered in rare cases where no work has begun and cancellation is requested immediately after purchase.
