Subscription Services
KBCreativeNC offers ongoing creative support through subscription-based services.
Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing options depending on the selected plan.
Subscription services provide ongoing creative support based on the client's chosen plan and available creative capacity. Deliverables, turnaround times, and project scope may vary depending on the complexity of requests, client communication, approvals, and overall workload.
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected by the client unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Billing & Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available through our website.
By purchasing services or subscribing to a plan, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring charges according to your selected billing schedule.
KBCreativeNC reserves the right to update pricing, offerings, or service availability at any time. Existing clients will be notified of any applicable changes.
Initial Booking & Onboarding Fee
A one-time $100 onboarding fee is required to begin the client setup process. This fee covers initial administrative preparation, client onboarding, CRM setup, service preparation, and project organization.
Due to the administrative work completed during onboarding, this fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription or services at any time. To help ensure a smooth transition, clients are required to provide written cancellation notice at least 7 days before their next scheduled billing date.
Clients are responsible for managing and completing their own cancellation process.
KBCreativeNC is not responsible for missed cancellations, incomplete cancellation requests, or renewal charges that occur because cancellation was not successfully completed before the next billing cycle.
Once a cancellation has been successfully processed, future billing will stop according to the applicable billing schedule.
Cancelling During Active Creative Work
If a client cancels while creative work has already begun, KBCreativeNC will pause all active work immediately.
Depending on the circumstances, unfinished work, drafts, concepts, and working files may either be archived or removed.
If a client chooses to resume services in the future, KBCreativeNC will make every effort to continue the project; however:

Previous deadlines cannot be guaranteed

Availability may vary

Project completion dates may need to be adjusted
Resuming a cancelled project may require a new agreement or updated timeline.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of creative services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
This includes:

Reserved creative time

Creative planning and preparation

Active project development
If work has been completed or is substantially complete, the project or service is considered non-refundable. The initial one time onboarding fee is non-refundable.
KBCreativeNC does not provide free work or release completed deliverables outside of agreed payment terms.

KBCreativeNC cannot guarantee specific completion dates when delays are caused by circumstances outside of our control or when client participation is required.

KBCreativeNC is not responsible for delays caused by client-related circumstances.
Client-Provided Materials & Copyright Responsibility
KBCreativeNC may use materials provided by clients as part of the creative process, including but not limited to logos, photographs, graphics, written content, fonts, trademarks, brand assets, and other files.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the proper rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide and use any materials submitted to KBCreativeNC.
KBCreativeNC is not responsible for copyright infringement claims, licensing issues, trademark disputes, or other legal concerns arising from materials provided by the client.
By submitting materials to KBCreativeNC, clients confirm that they have the necessary permissions and authorization to use those materials and allow KBCreativeNC to incorporate them into requested creative services.
If KBCreativeNC identifies a potential copyright, licensing, or ownership concern with client-provided materials, we reserve the right to request replacement materials or pause work until the issue has been resolved.
Creative Process & Approvals
Creative work often involves collaboration, revisions, and refinement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing concepts, providing feedback, and approving final deliverables.
Once final approval has been provided, additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or updated timelines.
Scope Changes & Additional Requests
KBCreativeNC is happy to support evolving creative needs.
Requests outside the original project scope, subscription plan, or agreed services may require additional discussion, updated pricing, or revised timelines before work begins.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
KBCreativeNC retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, unused designs, working files, internal production materials, processes, and creative approaches unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Upon completion of services and fulfillment of applicable payment obligations, clients receive rights to approved final deliverables as outlined in their service agreement.
Unpaid work, unfinished concepts, drafts, and internal creative materials remain the property of KBCreativeNC.
Featured Work, Portfolio, & Promotional Use
KBCreativeNC may showcase completed projects, designs, photography, and creative work within featured work, portfolios, websites, social media, presentations, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want work publicly displayed, those arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon prior to project completion.
Third-Party Services
KBCreativeNC may use trusted third-party platforms and tools to support business operations, including website hosting, payment processing, scheduling, communication, and project management.
KBCreativeNC is not responsible for interruptions, errors, security issues, or changes caused by third-party providers.
Disclaimer of Results
KBCreativeNC provides thoughtful, strategic creative solutions designed to support businesses and organizations. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including increased revenue, sales, customers, visibility, rankings, or marketing performance.
Results vary depending on many factors outside of KBCreativeNC's control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBCreativeNC LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or creative work.
Our responsibility is limited to the services provided under the applicable agreement or payment arrangement.
